When trying to make an order the kid on the phone after I asked how much is a large extra cheese pizza, said they won’t be able to deliver because one of their drivers has a flat tire and the other has two orders already to take. IS THIS ANYWAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. IF I WAS THE MANAGER ID FIRE ALL THE YOUNG KIDS WORKING THERE THAT DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT THERE DOING ANYWAY AND HIRE ADULTS WHO DO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. PLUS WHEN I WALKED IN ONE DAY TO PICK UP AN ORDER THE GUY MAKING PIZZA’S DIDN’T HAVE GLOVES ON HIS HANDS AND WAS TOUCHING THE DOUGH WITH BARE HANDS AND EVEN THE TOPPINGS. (BIG HEALTH HAZARD THERE)

Worst place ever! Placed a order at 9:33pm i called at about 10:45 said they was still working on it at 11:30 called said it should be on the way soon and i can take $4.00 off when the driver arrives…two weeks later and we are still waiting on our delivery. Who ever is managing this place needs to be fired!
So I thought it was just me. I’ll say I always call and make my order and pick up so I’ve never had to wait.
That being said, I hate this places pizza and I love Pizza Hut. Crust is never right (undercooked) never enough sauce or cheese (I order extra) and toppings are scarce. I thought maybe Pizza Hut in general is being cheap with ingredients (they are) but this place takes it to the next level. I want to go back since there’s no other Pizza Hut anywhere near but I refuse.
I think I’ve concluded that all pizza in Delaware sucks! Someone recommend a place near near that’s EXCELLENT not just ok.
Waited 25 minutes just to find out they never put my pizzas in the oven. Then was told I’d have to wait an hour for the pizza to be done. I promptly said refund now! Pizza Hut traditionally is my favorite pizza, but they get a L for this one
This is probably the best Pizza Hut in the vicinity. The customer service is top notch. Even when their Pizza is not what you ordered, which rarely happens, they will correct it. I highly recommend this restaurant. God bless!!!
