Great experience! It’s always nice to go into an IHOP and everything is clean, and this one is exceptional. No sticky floor, no sticky tables… Food was great and the service was excellent. Thank you!
Second time me and my husband visited. Place needs to be much cleaner. The floor had napkins and straws under the table and a few in the middle of the floor but staff just walking over it. Table was sticky and seat was dirty too. I’ve been to better locations so we won’t be coming back to this one
I am giving 3 stars only because this was my worst service experience. My sister and I decided to grab a quick dinner with my little niece in tow. The place was empty, yet we waited an hour for two simple meals. We finally had to ask our waiter to check on our food. Shortly after, the manager brought our food in a rush, but there was no apology for the long wait or even a comp for drinks or something… It was an unusual experience for this restaurant, which is usually very good. Must have been an off night. I am just upset no one took responsibility for the long wait. I’m sure next time, all will be well. The food was good.
Great food. The cooks are excellent and the servers are absolutely wonderful. The best breakfast experience you can get on a budget! Ask for Josh when you come in!
I haven’t been to iHop in years but I must say my pancakes were simply delicious. Josh was our server and he was right on point. I definitely won’t wait that long to visit again!
The hostess stand was empty when we entered. A back house employee came in, noticed we were waiting and said he would take care of us. Blanca was our server and she did a great job! We didn’t even have to ask her for extra napkins. Upon my request, she suggested onion rings with my Jalapeno Kick Burger and they were awesome! They were out of ice cream for the strawberry milkshake when I ordered, but Blanca was sure to let me know when the ice cream came. I’ll have to try the strawberry milkshake on my next visit. I’m stuffed.
