      Hygiene and cleanliness not so good.I will not be returning to that Dunkindonuts. I go in to place an order and the man taking the order had plastic gloves on,he was pushing buttons on the cash register, collecting money and grabbed my dozen donuts with those same gloves. I thought the employee was supposed to throw gloves away everytime they touched something that wasn’t food related?Not to mention, before the man took my order he was wiping down the counter and cleaning the racks around the donuts,knocking all the crumbs and other debris on to the other donuts below. YOU’D THINK HE WOULD TAKE THE DONUTS OUT FIRST BEFORE CLEANING AROUND ALL THAT FOOD.??!!
      Then you have guy’s who work there with long beards filling food orders also,I thought if you had a beard that you had to either shave it or wear plastic..This place needs to be checked out by the board of health and find for all the violations..I can only imagine how many people have gotten sick as a result of their unsanitary mesures?Anyway for now on I will not go to anymore Dunkin Donuts unless their owned and operated The O’Hanlon company..Mr O’Hanlon has at least 6 stores that I know of.1 of the stores is on the way to Maryland in the middle of RT 40 just past 896.
      I want good quality, and a clean safe environment for all..If a business doesn’t keep cleanliness as a top priority,then I won’t shop there..Thank you

      I go here a lot and usually have a great experience. If I could make a recommendation as a Retail Manager don’t take another customer until you finish with the previous one. It shows bad customer service and I rate of messing up orders.

      Not impressed at all. I’ve been to very many DD locations and stop at DD nearly everyday. I never have any issues until I stopped at this particular location the other day. Their service was terrible! when I asked to load money on my app the lady huffed puffed and rolled her eyes at me. And I always order caramel lattes this latte was almost white with milk. And of course I mention the color not being right and both ladys got an attitude said I need to pay for it to be fixed. All it needed was a little more espresso to be right. Needless to say they remade the whole thing but did not add the caramel. So once again I had to ask if they could just add some. Well after trying it I ended up throwing it away it tasted off like they put cleaner or something in it. I will never return to this location ever again! Their service sucked and they dont know how to make espresso drinks! Their employees deff need more training in both of those areas

      Service could be a bit faster.. food, good and fresh. So is the coffee and hot chocolate
