It is Saturday morning and there are 8 people waiting to see an agent. I’ve been here 19 minutes and no one has said sorry for the wait, someone will be with you soon, good morning, who’s next, Nothing!
There aren’t many BOA branches in this area. You would think that they would staff the few there are better.
I hesitated visiting this location due to feedback. I’m glad I decided to see for myself and visited this past Saturday 092119. The staff was very friendly, professional and kind. The sweet woman behind the counter even handed me a tissue so I didn’t walk around all day with debris on my face. Very happy customer and I will be back!
The Tellers are so friendly and attentive to each person. Sometimes the wait is long but the customer service when it is your turn is nice.
Has a lot of parking space, a working indoor AND outdoor atm, the service there is great and quick depending on the situation you’re having. Sometimes busy during the middle of the day and the interior is good, nothing too extravagant.
So far so good. I opened an account and Rita was very helpful and informative. Hopefully, I will have a good relationship with BOA.
